The positive vibes were at an all-time high when we walked in this new fitness facility in College Station. Tone 360 Fitness Studio is revolutionizing how Aggies are getting their steps in! We found ourselves in Nayokia’s 1PM Tone N’ Dance class and we could not be more happy with the results. The energy levels were high and it was no secret that she has a large fan base. Not only did she dance throughout the entire class, but she was constantly motivating us to push ourselves further. The playlist involved upbeat hits with motivational lyrics and a lot of twerking. By the end of the class everyone was cheering “Oooha- Oooha” which is heard at many of Nayokia’s classes.

Tone 360 offers a variety of classes for all levels of fitness! Next we tried out Kaleigh’s 5:30AM TRX class and when we say it was well worth the early alarm, we are serious. TRX Suspension Training is a long time trend that uses your bodyweight to preform a plethora of exercises. Kaleigh explained each workout very thoroughly and showed us how a few simple adjustments can add or decrease resistance. We have a list of classes to try out next including: Cardio Circuit and Barre-lates. Check out the full schedule on their Facebook page. The venue offers an outside seating area for pre or post class breaks and is conveniently close to the Lululemon show room. If you want to be a part of an encouraging and welcoming fitness community, Tone 360 Fitness Studio is for you.
