January 23 through January 25 marks the grand opening weekend of Southerns: Bryan/College Station’s premier music venue for live country music, where great entertainment, food and drinks culminate to offer all B/CS residents a chance to enjoy a real Texas-night-out.
With live musical performances along with a drink menu offering twenty-three domestic and craft beers on tap, a diverse selection of wine, house cocktails and margaritas, Southerns is sure to be the go-to destination for anyone looking to two-step into the New Year the right way.
If you’re the type to chase your country music with an angus burger and a side of steak fries, then Southerns’ vast food menu is sure to satisfy your taste buds. With over 37 food items to choose from, Southerns has something for everyone, whether you choose to plop down with a plate of fried green tomatoes or the signature Cowboy-Cut Ribeye: an 18oz bone-in, adorned with smoked salt and whiskey butter.
Southerns’ menu options seem endless, and their grand opening musical performer lineup will entice country and bluegrass fans alike. Country chart-topper Kevin Fowler along with Jarrod Morris kick off opening night on Thursday, January 23, followed by Houston-native Cory Morrow and Jon Stork on Friday, and ending with “The Voice” season 6 runner-up John Worthington and singer-songwriter Hannah Kay on Saturday, January 25.
Main stage and doors are open Thursday – Saturday from 7 p.m. – 2 a.m. on concert nights, with show start times ranging from 8 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Tickets are available online at https://www.southernstx.com/shows.

Southerns is located at Post Oak Mall. Following the grand opening weekend, regular business hours on non-concert nights are Sunday – Wednesday from 4 p.m. – 12 a.m., and Thursday – Saturday from 4 p.m. – 2 a.m.
