The Brookshire Brothers on George Bush Drive is hosting a fun back to school event with live music from Briscoe, Hunter Cox and Montclair at Stage 12 on Thursday, August 25th. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the performances begin at 7:00 p.m..
Briscoe is an Austin-based band which provides listeners with tasteful nostalgia, drawing influence from popular music from the 1960’s and 1970’s. Their music is lush and uses a variety of instrumentation such as banjo, saxophone, cello, and harmonica.
General admission tickets are $20 and can be purchased either online or at the store’s customer service office; you will need to bring either a virtual or print copy to the venue. There will also be concessions offered as well as draft beer and wine by the glass.
Free event parking will be available at the store’s parking lot with a valid Texas A&M University permit.
