The joys of the holidays are fast approaching, and there’s nothing like a sip from Brazos Valley’s finest wines that gets you ready for all the upcoming seasonal festivities. Join Messina Hof Winery for their annual Winter Wine Premiere on Saturday, Nov. 2, and Fall Festival on Sunday, Nov. 3!
Messina Hof gained its roots in 1977, when Paul and Merrill Bonarrigo planted a one-acre experimental vineyard with only fifty varietals. Now, over 40 years later, the winery is, according to their website, at the “forefront of the Texas wine industry” and produces 130,000 gallons per year.
The Winter Wine Premiere from 7-10 p.m. is an exclusive wine release party, featuring newly released vintages and a gourmet cuisine dinner. An evening of elegance, event-goers are not only treated to a taste of brand new wines but also a five-course menu.
The celebrating doesn’t stop there: the next day, join Messina Hof for the Fall Festival from 12-4 p.m. It’s the perfect time to spice up your holiday shopping, and with local vendors, a pumpkin photo-op, and an opportunity to sip on award-winning wines, you can de-stress and take a breather: this event is fun, festive, and free – no RSVP required.
Don’t forget to embrace the spirit of giving, too. Bring your canned goods and donations, as Messina Hof additionally offers the opportunity to support the Brazos Valley Food Bank!
Come taste for yourself an experience you won’t soon forget!
Both events are at Messina Hof Winery in Bryan. Tickets for the Winter Wine Premiere can be purchased at http://bit.ly/WWPremiere. For more information on this event, email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit their website at http://www.messinahof.com/bryan.
