The Children’s Museum of Brazos Valley: Daddy Daughter Dance

As we enter the month of love, it’s even easier to show that special someone how much you care. And if you’re a couple with a young daughter who’s looking for a fun-filled way to show your little girl how much you love and appreciate her, look no further than the 2021 Daddy Daughter Dance benefiting The Children’s Museum of the Brazos Valley

Taking place on Feb. 5 and 6 from 6-9 p.m, The Brazos Center will transform into a magical wonderland, full of memory-making opportunities for you and your little girl. Have a formal portrait taken or go informal and silly at the photo booth to remember the special night. You’ll also be able to create a one of a kind momento at the craft station or decorate a delicious cookie for a spur of the moment treat.

Make sure to come hungry, as dinner and dessert will be served throughout the evening. And get your phone cameras out because your little princess will also have the opportunity to meet some of her favorite princesses!

Although the event is titled “Daddy Daughter Dance,” The Children’s Museum says that young girls of any age can bring any special man or woman in their life, so if you’re not a dad or if you have a niece or granddaughter you’d like to bring, don’t let the title stop you!

At the dance, social distancing protocols will be in place, including reduced capacity and a larger dance floor so you and your loved one will have plenty of room to bust out some of your best moves! Masks are not required, but they are encouraged for all attendees.

So clear your schedule, mark your calendar, and make plans to treat the special little girl in your life to a night that she won’t soon forget! Tickets per couple are $150 if you’re not a member, plus $25 per additional daughter. You can also reserve a whole table for 10 for $1,000. For more information about the event and to purchase tickets, go to The Children’s Museum of the Brazos Valley website.
