“Christmas the Cowboy Way”

Nothing quite beats the sound of the quaint Christmas Yodel. If you’ve got no idea what that means, you’re in for a treat. Blinn College in Brenham is hosting their Performing Arts Series featuring Riders in the Sky, an American western music and comedy group. The Riders in the Sky have been performing their four-part holiday harmonies for 30 years, covering new and old Christmas tunes in true cowboy style. You can experience “Christmas the Cowboy Way” on December 8.

The Riders, also known as “America’s Favorite Cowboys,” will be putting on a show for all ages. “Christmas the Cowboy Way” will feature the Riders’ cowboy humor and original music, including songs like “Riding Home On Christmas Eve,” “Deck The Bunkhouse Walls,” and “The Last Christmas Medley You’ll Ever Need To Hear.” The quartet will also invite the audience to join them in singing traditional Christmas songs like “I’ll Be Home For Christmas” and “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.”

The show will take place on Sunday, December 8, at 4 p.m. in the O’Donnell PAC Auditorium in Brenham.Tickets are on sale now and are going quickly!
