Christmas at the Tree Farm

Looking for a versatile holiday experience to get out of the house this weekend? Brazos Valley Tree Farm’s Christmas at the Tree Farm event is the perfect solution! With activities for all ages and comfort levels, the whole family can come experience this immersive, festive holiday wonderland.

Christmas at the Tree Farm takes place at the Brazos Valley Tree Farm, which is normally a nursery for various trees and plants. But during the holiday season, the premises become the setting for an elaborate light display and hayride trail, culminating with a small Christmas Town filled with food trucks, games and even photo ops with Santa himself!

This Christmas-themed adventure comes in two parts. Guests can choose to only purchase a ticket for the drive-through light trail at $25 per vehicle, or opt for additional hayride tickets, which come at $16 per adult ticket and $8 per child (3-12) ticket. The two-mile hayride trail includes a stop at the Christmas Town, which can’t be accessed any other way. Activities at the Christmas Town will include festive crafts, games, local food trucks, photo props, s’mores, and Santa himself with his elves!

Christmas at the Tree Farm has a number of regulations in place to ensure the health and safety of all guests and employees during the festivities. All guests over the age of 10 will be required to wear a mask until they are seated and eating, unless they have an exemption. Employees will also be wearing masks at all times, and social distancing will be practiced in all lines and public areas. Extra hand sanitizing and hand washing stations will be present throughout the premises, as well as frequent sanitization of common areas and a deeper clean taking place every night after closing.

Christmas at the Tree Farm is open 7 days a week until Dec. 30. Monday through Thursday hours are 5-10 p.m., while Friday to Sunday hours are 5-11 p.m. Santa will only be available Thursday through Sunday every week, so plan ahead if you have little ones! Christmas at the Tree Farm will be open on Christmas Eve from 5-9 p.m. and the Drive-Thru will be open Christmas Day from 6-10 p.m.
