Aggieland residents know the importance of supporting Texas bands, and even more the importance of supporting local bands. Forever Today, a group that began in Bryan about five years ago, will be touring Texas until January, including a stop in Bryan.

The alternative rock band will perform at Grand Stafford Theater on November 11, followed by concerts in Dallas, Austin and Houston. The band has not released an album yet, but an EP composed of six tracks is now available at for purchase at their shows. They have teamed up with KANM Student Radio to raise funds in support of the show and local music.

Comprised of five members, the band has finally been able to devote time to music, after years of juggling work, school and practice. Guitarist Evan Morrison, drummer Jared Overton and vocalist Andrea Young started the band originally; guitarist Kyle Honnerlaw and bassist Jamie Wilson joined later. On their Release Tour, they have performed in various cities around Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado and California.
