The Local at Lake Walk

The Local, an outdoor market formerly known as the Lake Walk Farmer’s Market, has transformed into the most unique weekly outing experience in Bryan-College Station. Located right off FM 2818 by the Stella Hotel, The Local is a weekly neighborhood artisan market which includes vendors, food trucks and music. Texas Independent Film Festival

The Texas Independent Film Festival, which is hosted by the Aggie Screenwriting, Acting, & Movie Production (SWAMP) Club each Spring, celebrates the art of contemporary independent filmmaking by showcasing the work of some of the world’s finest filmmakers.
